Project Advisory

In addition to our Retained Advisory Service, our team members can also actively support client teams through our Project Advisory service. Under this service, our of our senior team members joins the client project team for remote and onsite working sessions, and contributes to development of internal client materials. Unlike our consulting services, there’s no need to formalize scope or deliverables in advance. Clients get an executive-level project advisor and member on a week-by-week basis.
